Great experience from reception to sales staff and management . I thought I would give BMW in Newmarket another try and was pleasantly surprised to hear that there have been many changes and they are working diligently to be client focused and earn each customers business. I was greeted with a warm smile by reception and pointed in the right direction. I found the sales staff to be very helpful and it was nice to see that the managers seemed to be very involved out on the floor. Good luck to the team!
