Sheldon Ashley is the Senior Client Advisor at the BMW dealership in Newmarket. Sheldon really works hard to identify what service needs to be completed and schedules the maintenance or repair in a very fair way. It seems like he really wants the client to leave completely satisfied. He arranges for Matt or Steve, the courtesy shuttle drivers whenever my car is left at the dealership and make everything very easy.
He has topped up the air in my tires or done small repair things on his own, at no charge. Thanks to the Service team.
